Our story

Founder Nick Bonney has been obsessed with travel his whole life. He took his first solo flight at four years old and never looked back.

Nick’s short-lived hospitality career started in the mid 90s making beds for Hotel Nikko in Sydney, followed by a short stint behind the bar in a some of London’s best cocktail establishments.

Nick went on to become an advertising creative and made award-winning campaigns for travel brands like Qantas, Virgin, Delta Air and Tourism Australia. He saw what was possible if you combined great ideas with innovative technology and a world-class execution.

Travelling overseas in early 2017, Nick realised that all the best hotels had something in common. They were making him feel like a local and not just a number. That’s when it hit him - experience is king, not only in the moment but in a lifetime of memories.

Nick assembled a highly skilled team and got to work building a platform that will revolutionise how hotels approach their guest experience.
