To amend to your booking, simply contact the Service Provider via the contact details printed at the bottom of your ticket.

Cancel a Booking

Cancellations must be requested in writing via the Cancellation Request form shown right.  Our cancellation team is available weekdays, 9am – 4pm AEST. Cancellations cannot be fulfilled outside of these hours and typically require 2-business days to action. Cancellations may incur fees, as displayed on your ticket.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Journey Makr, a brand of Hotelr Pty Ltd, is an affiliate tour booking website powered by Hero.Travel, connecting “You” with “Service Providers” (Suppliers) of tours, activities and attractions.

By purchasing via this site, You are legally bound to these Terms and Conditions (Terms).

Service Providers are defined as any tour operator, accommodation provider, or other travel product offered via this website.

Amendments to bookings must be arranged with the Service Providers, who’s contact details shown on your ticket. Changes are subject to availability and fees may apply, payable at check-in.

If a Service Provider cancels your booking for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date / time. If you are unable to reschedule a refund of 95% of the amount paid will be refunded to you. Credit card fees and associated processing charges of 5% are non-refundable.

Cancellations by You must be requested via the form, right. Cancellations are processed weekdays, AEST 9am-4pm. 2-days may be required to action your request.

Cancellations due to Force Majeure events are classed as we Cancellation by You, as above. Force Majeure is included but not limited natural disasters, acts of government or authorities, war or the threat of war, pandemics, acts of terrorism, airline strikes or any other major event which is out of our control.

Tour.store’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, however arising, will not exceed the resupply of the Services to you.

You expressly understand and agree that Tour.store, its affiliates, employees, agents, contributors and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages which may be incurred by you, however caused and under any theory of liability. This shall include, but is not limited to, any loss of profit (whether incurred directly or indirectly), any loss of goodwill or business reputation and any other intangible loss.

The nature of some tours and activities are adventurous and participation involves a degree of personal risk. In some cases, you may be visiting places where the political, cultural and geographical attributes present dangers and physical challenges. You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made in light of consideration of this information and you accept that you assume the personal risks.

Travel insurance is suggested for all bookings. Please check your policy documents thoroughly to ensure you are adequately covered for tour / activity.

We collect personal information directly from you for the purpose of booking your tour with Service Providers. Your personal information is not shared with other third parties and we will not SPAM you.
